- Origin and Destinations
- Orders ship from Vietnam to Thailand and other destinations listed at checkout.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 7-15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take longer.
- Delivery Time and Carriers
- Thailand: estimated transit time 7-15 business days via [Flash express, e.g., DHL eCommerce, Thailand Post partner].
- International: transit times vary by destination.
- We provide tracking when available.
- Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders over 1000 THB.
- Orders under 1000 THB: flat rate [Y] THB (shown at checkout).
- Duties, Taxes, and Customs
- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Recipients are responsible for Thai import VAT (currently 7%) and any clearance/handling fees collected by the carrier.
- If an order is returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address, shipping costs may be non‑refundable.
- Address Accuracy and Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier and our support within 7 days.
- Undeliverable or Refused Packages
- For refused or undeliverable packages, we may deduct shipping and return costs from any refund.
- Order Tracking and Support
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. For assistance, contact contact@monatblue.com with your order number.
