We aim to deliver quality products as ordered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

  1. No Refunds/Returns for Correctly Fulfilled Orders
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product(s) were shipped correctly according to your order (correct item, size, color, quantity, and address as confirmed at checkout) and are free from defects.
  • Change‑of‑mind, dislike of color/fit, or ordering the wrong size are not eligible for return or refund. Please refer to our size guide and product descriptions before ordering.
  1. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
    We will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:
  • Wrong item or size shipped (different from the order confirmation).
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged item upon delivery.
  • Missing item in the package.
  • Package lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).
  1. How to Report an Issue
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels) at contact@monatblue.com, including your order number, photos/video of the issue, and the parcel label.
  • For damaged/defective items, provide clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
  • We may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund/replacement. We will provide return instructions if needed.
  1. Resolution and Timing
  • If your claim is approved, we will:
    • Send a free replacement, or
    • Issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  1. Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable unless legally required.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address provided by you, refusal to pay import duties/taxes under DDU terms, or failure to collect, we may deduct round‑trip shipping and handling from any approved refund (if applicable).
  1. Order Changes and Cancellations
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a change or cancellation quickly, contact us immediately at contact@monatblue.com with your order number.
  1. Final Sale and Non‑returnable Items
  • Gift cards, promotional items marked “Final Sale,” and hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., underwear, socks) are not eligible for return or refund in any circumstance, except for defects or wrong items shipped.
