Welcome to MONAT BLUE INTERNATIONAL, a trading name of CYAN LABEL LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://monatblueworldwide.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Account
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • All orders are offers to purchase products. We may accept or reject any order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send a shipping confirmation with tracking.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, per account, or per address.
  1. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
  • Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. We may run promotions that change pricing without prior notice.
  • Cross-border shipments to Thailand may be subject to Thai import VAT (currently 7%) and customs clearance fees under DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid terms unless we explicitly state DDP/Delivered Duty Paid at checkout.
  • If applicable, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees charged upon delivery.
  1. Payments
  • We accept the following payment methods: PromptPay (via our payment partner), Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and other methods shown at checkout. We may also offer PayPal.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.
  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
  • We ship from Vietnam to Thailand and other destinations listed on the Site. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Transit time to Thailand is typically 10-15 business days, subject to carrier delays and customs.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking information when available.
  • Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
  • Please see our Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timelines, and procedures. Certain items (e.g., final sale, used or damaged items, underwear) may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
  1. Product Information
  • We aim to display accurate product information, including colors, materials, sizes, and measurements. Actual colors may vary due to device settings.
  • Minor variations in measurements are normal for apparel.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  • Misuse of the Site, fraudulent orders, attempts to bypass security or payment verification, scraping, and resale without authorization are prohibited.

  • All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

  • Products are provided “as is” except as required by law. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States.
  1. Changes to the Terms
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
